Based in Shanghai, China, and founded in 1985 by brothers Zhang Yurong and Zhang Yuqing, CJ Rokin Logistics Supply Chain Co. , Ltd provides one-stop logistics services. It was established as Rongqing Logistics Co. , Ltd.
in 1997 and was able to develop its cold chain business in 2004. By 2011, it was already able to establish 3 business divisions: cold chain, general transportation, and chemical industry, with the Pamoja Group investing CNY 300 million. In 2015, Rokin Logistics decided to be acquired by CJ Korea Express to open the way for the internationalization of the company. Consequently, Rokin Logistics was rebranded as CJ Rokin Inc.
CJ Rokin Inc. operates 3 core businesses to complete a one-stop logistics solution: cold chain, chemical industry, and general transportation. The company has more than 1 million square meters of storage resources enabling it to store food cold chain, medicine, general cargo, and chemical products. Trunk transportation is provided through road drop-and-pull, railway, and air transportation.
With its nationwide logistics network, CJ Rokin Inc. also provides last-mile distribution services.
