Chargepoly

Based in Aix-en-Provence, France, and founded in 2019 by founder Hadi Moussavi, Chargepoly develops an economical, ultra-fast electric charging solution. In October 2023, Chargepoly raised EUR 15 million in Series A funding from investor Voltalia SA, with the participation of investor Fidève Groupe. As of March 2023, the company is led by CEO Laurent Guyon.               Chargepoly's primary product is an optimised electrical architecture that centralises high-power direct current sources into modular power units.

These units supply power to multiple charging stations to maximise the utilisation of charging power, reduce costs, and minimise the environmental footprint. The company's smart charging solutions also include a dynamic load planning system that accounts for mobility and energy data, ensuring a high-speed and efficient charging service. Additionally, Chargepoly offers a booking system for charging slots, allowing vehicles to be plugged in as they arrive and optimising power distribution with scheduling algorithms. The company plans to use the October 2023 funding to expand its products and services, facilitate the development of new platform features, and further expand into Europe and North America.
