Based in Seoul, South Korea, and founded in 2017, Chain Partners offers solutions that leverage blockchain, decentralised finance (DeFi), and emerging technologies to address real-world challenges. These products are designed to empower individuals and businesses, offering them new opportunities and efficiencies in the digital realm. In May 2018, Chain Partners raised KRW 11. 8 billion in Series A funding from investors Premier Partners, Smilegate Investment, Kolon Investment, and Nvestor, with participation from investors Capstone Partners, DS Asset Management, and DSC Investment.

As of August 2023, the company CEO is Charles Pyo. Chain Partners' flagship product, Changer, is a liquidity aggregation platform that connects over 200 liquidity providers, including centralised exchanges (CEX), decentralised exchanges (DEX), DEX aggregators, and over the counter (OTC) platforms. The platform allows individuals or businesses to leverage Changer's user-friendly interface and API to trade these assets issued on 20 different blockchains. In addition to Changer, the company offers Gambit, a decentralised exchange (DEX) specialising in crypto and forex perpetual products, addressing the limitations of DeFi derivatives exchanges.

The firm also offers Allswap, the aggregator in the DEX space, simplifying DeFi trading for users across various chains. Native, another offering, facilitates non-English speaker's access to AI technology in their native languages. The company plans to use the May 2018 funding to grow its team and increase the completeness of its current projects.
