xpand for USD 3. 25 billion. The transaction was completed in February 2026. The Photonic Fabric, one of Celestial AI's product offerings, offers low-latency optical interconnects that change AI infrastructure.
It provides a semiconductor solution that includes scalable memory capacity and bandwidth for artificial intelligence infrastructure. The December 2025 acquisition enables Marvell Technology Group Ltd. to expand its AI and cloud data center business. Celestial AI generates revenue by commercializing its proprietary Photonic Fabric™ technology, which enables high-speed optical data transfer for AI computing.
Its revenue streams include selling AI acceleration hardware to hyperscalers and enterprise clients, licensing silicon photonics IP, and offering integrated solutions for data center infrastructure.
