In August 2025, Cascading AI raised USD 29 million in series A funding led by new investor Canapi Ventures, with participation from other new investors LiveOak Venture Partners, Huntington and Alliance Funding Group. Returning investors Y Combinator, Peterson Ventures and Bankwell also participated in the round.  The company plans to use the funds raised in August 2025 to grow its team and improve its computer system that helps banks quickly check and approve loan applications.
