Based in Berne, Switzerland, and founded in 2018, Carvolution AG is a car subscription company that redesigns mobility and provides an alternative to purchasing and leasing a car through its automobile subscription service.   In January 2024, Carvolution AG raised CHF 200 million in venture debt funding co-led by Barclays Private Bank and Waterfall Asset Management. The company’s car subscription platform offers a wide range of cars in an all-inclusive bundle. Customers just select a vehicle online and pay a monthly set amount that includes all expenditures except gasoline, they have the option to change the automobile, return it, or keep it permanently.

Carvolution AG also provides an all-inclusive bundle business car facility for small and medium enterprises at a fixed monthly price. The company generates revenue through rental charges on a monthly basis. The company provides a wide car collection, and they charge according to the car, its brand also including insurance, license plates, taxes, service and maintenance, tires, initial highway vignette, and fuel/charging card.
