The transaction is subject to customary closing condition and is expected to be completed on the first quarter of 2026. Carbyne Ltd. offers a variety of solutions such as APEX, universe, ECaaS, AI-V, emergency call triage, translation, responder connect, bridge desk, and enterprise connect. As of 2024, the company serves various industries such as public safety, transportation, incident management, and enterprises.

In addition, the firm provides cloud-native solutions for emergency response centers select enterprises to connect with callers as well as connected devices via secure communication channels without needing to download a consumer app.   The company plans to use the funding to accelerate the expansion and development of its cloud-based 911 call management platform services.
