Based in Karnataka, India, and founded in 2013 by co-founders Gaurav Hinduja and Sashank Rishyasringa, CapFloat Financial Services Private Limited doing business as Axio, operates as a non-banking finance company (NBFC) providing digital lending services for the financial services industry. In April 2024, CapFloat Financial Services Private Limited raised INR 500 million in venture debt financing from Alteria Capital. Axaio developed a mobile application platform for Android and iOS smartphone users. The company’s platform offers a variety of financial solutions including capital finance and business loans for small and medium enterprises, term loans and working capital loans, pay later, personal credit and money management services.

It allows individuals to take loans of INR 30,000 to INR 4,00,000. In addition, the firm uses cash flows, projected receivables, financials, and bank statements to determine the loans.
