Based in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and founded in 1998, Byldis is a company that provides engineering services intended for integral assembly services in the construction markets. Nowadays, the company's business has stretched to Holland, Belgium, the Nordics and Germany besides its domination in the UK. The company started its UK business in 2006 and has worked on over 4500 residential apartments in London. In October 2023, Mutares acquired Byldis, as part of restructuring.
The company manufactures precast concrete buildings with our off-site solution from the more regular towers of 50m to 120m tall, and previously handled a building of 200m tall, with a natural type of stone outer leaf or with a complex silhouette. The acquisition in 2023 will strengthen Byldis's engineering & technology segment.
