About
Founded in 1964 and based in Hemel Hempstead, UK, Bourne Leisure Limited, aka Bourne Leisure began as a leisure caravan park. Since then the company has expanded in size but especially in scope, with the company acquiring assets from Butlins, Haven, and Warner Leisure at the turn of the millennium. In July 2022, Blackstone Group sell its stake in Bourne Leisure Limited's Butlin’s for GBP 300 million. Bourne Leisure operates through its three main subsidiaries: Haven Leisure which owns and operates family-orientated caravan parks, Butlins' which are leisure resorts with arcades, rides, swimming pools, casinos, eateries, and shops, and Warner Leisure Hotels, which are remote hotels reserved only for adults.
Bourne Leisure includes Bourne Leisure Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries which form the Haven and Warner brands (Bourne Holidays Limited trading as Warner Hotels).
