Black Rifle Coffee Company, LLC primarily sells coffee, and coffee products in different package sizes, as well as in single-serve, ready-to-drink, and on-the-go coffee categories. The company also sells coffee-making machines, mugs, tumblers, and apparel including T-shirts, hats, and hoodies, through retail stores, and national outlets, as well as through its website, and mobile application. The company generated a revenue of USD 164 million in 2020, and USD 82 million in 2019, respectively. The firm generates its revenue through 3 business categories - direct-to-consumers, which comprises the subscription and non-subscription sales of products through its website; outposts, which includes the sales generated from company-operated and franchised retail stores; and wholesale, which includes the sales of coffee products through various national outlets including Speedway, 7-Eleven, Walmart, etc, and sales of apparel, accessories, and other merchandise through lifestyle retail outlets.
Upon completion of the transaction, the combined entity will become a public company, with the name, BRC Inc. The firm intends to scale up its team by hiring more Veterans and plans to increase its retail footprint from 7 to nearly 78 stores, by 2023.
