Ltd. raised USD 3 million in venture funding co-led by new investors Ascend Venture Group, GPPC Capital Limited, Phillip Private Equity, and an individual investor, and as of January 2022, the firm employs approximately 30 employees. The company creates and sells tiny houses, which are modular and prefabricated housing systems that can be moved about with the help of a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
Tiny houses are made using eco-friendly materials and the company's own panel technology, and they're easy to assemble and install. Big Tiny Pte Ltd. sells tiny houses to landowners, developers, and operators who either live in them or rent them to visitors to their properties. The firm also operates a segment called Tiny Away, which is an online booking platform for booking house destinations for vacations (similar to Airbnb).
