Based in Paris, France, and founded in 2018, Bibak provides an industrial technological solution for the reuse and recycling of containers in the hospitality industry. In February 2023, the firm raised EUR 6 million in Series A funding from investor SWEN Capital Partners, with participation from returning investors Founders Future, MAIF Impact, Notus Technologies, and Seed-One Ventures. Individual investors also participated in the round. The company offers container recycling solutions for various sectors such as collective catering, fast food, events, delivery, communities, and retail.

The various service offerings of the firm include a return incentive mechanism and a turnkey platform that measures flow and data to ensure the rotation of its customer dishes. Additionally, the company offers return terminals which are autonomous return and ultra-simple reimbursement management. Furthermore, it also offers additional services to its customers. The company plan to use the February 2023 funding to facilitate technological development, employee recruitment, and the launching of a societal movement to promote reuse.
