Based in Solna, Sweden, and founded in 2017, Bellman Group AB is a group of companies that provides various construction services for residential areas, offices, and associated infrastructure. The group was formed through a merger of Bellmans Akeri & Entreprenad AB and Uppländska Berg in May 2017, both of which are portfolio companies of Verdane Capital Advisors. The group has been conducting add-on acquisitions since then, starting with VSM Entreprenad AB being acquired by Bellman in July 2018, Samgräv Holding AB in January 2019, SÅCAB Åkericentral AB in March 2020, and Ivarssons Entreprenad i Göteborg AB in January 2021. Also in January 2021, Verdane Capital Advisors transferred its ownership of the Bellman Group to its new investment vehicle, Verdane Capital 2020 which acquired additional shares in a restructuring deal.
Through its subsidiaries, Bellman Group AB is able to provide various construction services including machine and transport brokerage, deep shafts, and marine-related assignments with a focus on stability-enhancing measures and erosion protection, pulp and material handling, heavy transport and shaft, and rock blasting and drilling services. Following the restructuring deal by Verdane Capital 2020 in January 2021, Bellman Group AB will continue its plan to further expand the company through organic growth and acquisition opportunities.
