Babble Cloud provides cloud-based communication solutions that include hosted telephony, unified communications, cloud contact centers, cybersecurity, mobile, and enterprise connectivity-related software and services to small and mid-sized businesses. The company performs its operations by partnering with other technology companies to deploy cloud solutions that would increase their efficiency and its recent partnership was made in 2020 with WebBeds to embed artificial intelligence and process automation technology in WebBeds’s contact center and telephony solutions.
