Axiom GRC

Established in 2019 and based in London, UK, Charis Four Ltd, trading under the name Axiom GRC and formerly known as Marlowe plc’s Governance, Risk & Compliance software and services assets, provides software and tech-enabled services to manage business risks and ensure customers remain compliant with legal & regulatory standards. In February 2024, Inflexion Private Equity Partners agreed to fully acquire Marlowe plc’s Governance, Risk & Compliance software and services assets from Marlowe plc for GBP 430 million. The transaction was completed in May 2024. Marlowe’s GRC division offers enterprise solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems.

Its core platforms include services in risk management, audit action management, policy and regulation tracking, GDPR and AML compliance, incident reporting, and third-party risk control. Products such as corestream and omnitrack provide centralized, customizable platforms that support both small businesses and complex enterprise-level clients in managing data and corporate compliance. CoreStream enables organizations to manage all forms of compliance data through a single portal, from regulatory reporting to internal policy adherence. Omnitrack provides comprehensive compliance data management by collecting and analyzing information through user-defined forms, covering activities like gifts and hospitality tracking, due diligence, and regulatory audits.

  The February 2024 acquisition will support Marlowe plc’s Governance, Risk & Compliance software and services assets' market reach expansion, invest in the sales and marketing team, and launch a new software platform.
