In July 2023, Apprenty raised BRL 8 million in pre-seed funding led by investor Canary, with participation from other investors Latitud, Positive Ventures, and Potencia Ventures.   Apprenty offers a distinctive program that allows businesses to observe candidates in action before making hiring decisions.

By placing young people in real projects that involve data analysis, software usage, artificial intelligence, and various soft skills, Apprenty helps businesses identify high-potential individuals who align culturally with their company. The company plans to use the July 2023 funding to create other educational paths and develop AI-based tools.
