Appraisal Tek also offers commercial real estate appraisal services, such as multi-family investment, office complex, retail, industry, subdivisions, farm or agriculture, ranch property, and mining property.
In addition, the firm also provides home measurement services like gross living area calculations and floor plan drawings, and a review of the appraisal before delivery.
