In June 2026, Apex Technology, Inc.
raised USD 200 million in venture funding co-led by Glade Brook Capital Partners and Washington Harbour Partners, with participation from XYZ Ventures, Village Global, 75 & Sunny, Toyota Ventures, Point72, Avalon Capital Group, Upfront, Ravelin Capital, StepStone Group, Overmatch, Embedded Ventures and GSBackers. JP Morgan Asset Management, 1789 Capital and Decile Capital also participated in the round. The company will use the June 2026 funding to expand its California factory, boost in‑house subsystem production, and pre‑build satellites to support its off‑the‑shelf bus model.
