Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, Anlan Power Technology (Shenzhen) Co. , Ltd. , doing business as ANAVI, develops electric jet skis integrating carbon-fiber hulls, electric drive systems, and intelligent control technologies. The company’s founder and CEO, Li An, brings over 15 years of boat design, manufacturing, and water sports experience, having previously worked at electric propulsion supplier Edo Technology.

The core team has expertise in mass-produced boat design, electric vehicle technology implementation, and robotics engineering. ANAVI has completed POC fuel-to-electric conversions, developed fullscale ETV prototypes and is advancing DVT design verification toward commercial release. In December 2025, the company closed an angel+ funding round from Qianhai Kekong Lingdingyang Venture Capital, Yuewan Huasheng Capital and AgileX Robotics. The company provides electric jet skis featuring carbonfiber lightweight hulls, 70kW electric drive systems and 30kWh battery packs, together with intelligent connectivity capabilities including remote monitoring, smart keys and OTA upgrades.

The company generates revenue through the development, production, and sales of electric jet skis and supported smart system services. The company plans to launch its professional grade consumer product in mid 2026 and aims for small batch overseas deliveries by the end of 2026. The funds raised will be used to advance iterative R&D and testing of functional prototypes and to expand technical and product development team.
