Based in New Jersey, US, and founded in 2001 by Enzo and Beth Vartuli, American Linehaul Corporation is a Less Than Load (LTL) freight services provider. In July 2021, Pilot Freight Services, a portfolio company of ATL Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, formed a strategic partnership by entering into an asset purchase agreement with the company. As part of the transaction, ALC founders will continue to lead the company. ALC provides LTL linehaul system, with more than 66 outbound airport cities and 70 destinations, connected through seven regional hubs, that run a scheduled airport-to-airport freight transportation system.
The company also offers local pick-up, delivery, truckloads, consolidations, warehousing, and special handling services. With Pilot’s investment and partnership, the company will be able to expand its capacities in support of its freight forwarder customers.
