Based in Bengaluru, India, and founded in 2008 by its CEO, Baskar Subramanian, along with KA Srinivasan and Srividhya Srinivasan, Amagi Corporation, also known as Amagi Media Labs Private Limited, is a provider of a cloud-based online solution that focuses on managing the geographic targeting of TV advertisements and TV-media advertising platform. In September 2021, Amagi Corporation raised its latest USD 100 million venture funding from a group of investors that includes Accel, Avataar Ventures, and Norwest Venture Partners. In accordance with the funding, Accel, Avataar Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, and Premji Invest bought out the stake held by Emerald Media Advisors Pte Ltd. and Mayfield Fund.

As of October 2021, the company has a presence in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Paris, Singapore, and broadcast operations in New Delhi, and an innovation center in Bangalore. Amagi Corporation offers Amagi CLOUDPORT, a solution that allows users to run linear channels from anywhere through a simple web browser; Amagi LIVE, a solution that manages multiple live feeds, graphics, and ads from your web browser; Amagi PLANNER is a solution that allows users to plan and schedule linear channels for both traditional broadcasters and 'digital first' companies; Amagi ON-DEMAND, a workflow orchestration platform for seamless Video On Demand (VOD) delivery; Amagi THUNDERSTORM, an advertising insertion platform for OTT content publishers and FAST platforms; Amagi ANALYTICS, a solution that serves as viewership and ad analytics platform; Amagi ADS PLUS, a virtual ad sales service that minimizes unsold ad inventory; and Amagi CLOUDPORTXpress, a solution that provides a cloud playout for TV and OTT on AWS Marketplace. It also offers cloud playout and automation, managed broadcast services, and geo-targeted ad insertion. Amagi Corporation plans to use the latest venture funding to scale its business and expand its global presence.
