Alvaria, Inc. , founded in 1973 and headquartered in Chelmsford, MA, US, is a company operating as a call center. The company was originally known as Aspect Software, Inc. and it provided solutions to workforce management, services of auto dialers and predictive dialer for customers when it was founded.
In 1981, Aspect Software delivered the first call center auto dialer. In 2003, Vista Equity Partners acquired Aspect Software for USD 50 million, and two years later, again acquired by Golden Gate Capital for USD 1000 million. In 2016, the company was restructured, and the company received USD 60 million in equity from GSO Capital Partners, Guggenheim Partners, and MidOcean Credit. In 2019, the company was acquired by Vector Capital.
Two years later, Aspect Software merged with Noble System, another call center service provider based in the US, and changed its name to Alvaria, Inc. Alvaria provides solutions in three fields – management of workforce engagement, call center automation and customer service. Alvaria bundles its services into “Suite s”, such as Alvaria WEM (Workforce Engagement Management) Suite and Alvaria CX (Customer Experience) Suite, and sells them to companies with diverse needs in their business practice. WEM’s products include the management tool Alvaria Workforce Reverse and Real-time Optimizer.
CX includes tools like Alvaria Voice Agent, Alvaria Verify and Alvaria Advanced Outreach. The company also provides an application , called Alvaria Cloud, to supervise and secure the user management and administrative tasks. Alvaria generates revenue by selling solutions and software to its customers which include commercial banks, telecom providers, airline companies, healthcare providers and merchandisers.
