Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2015, Shenzhen Hard City Information Technology Co. , Ltd. , doing business as Allchips, is an B2B e-commerce platform which focuses on electronic components. It has branches in Germany, France, Poland, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.

In February 2025, Allchips raised CNY 150 million in series C2 funding from new investors Beijing ZhiLai Investment Mangement, Archaeus Capital and Jiangnan Construction Investment. In December 2025, Allchips closed series C+ funding from new investor Breakthrough Capital. Based on big data and artificial intelligence technology, Allchips has built a fundamental database of electronic components, an intelligent system, and a supply chain SaaS service system, aiming to promote the standardization and intelligence of electronic component trading and services. The platform primarily serves small and medium-sized electronic manufacturing enterprises, providing visual solutions including online transactions, risk management, and BOM management.

The company generates revenue by providing direct supply of electronic component from suppliers, developers and manufacturers to users. The series C+ financing will be used to deepen technological research and development, expand the supply chain service ecosystem, and further enhance the platform's intelligent service capabilities.
