Aledade generates revenue through a diversified model that includes shared savings from value-based care programs, subscription fees for its technology platform, and risk-based contracts with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. Additional streams come from consulting and implementation services for practices transitioning to value-based care, and data analytics solutions that support population health management. Aledade's ACOs generated $1 billion in savings in 2024, with 93% achieving shared savings compared to under 70% for competitors.
