Established in 2015 and based in Beijing, China, AIpark operates as a technology company that provides smart parking services. It has sub-branch offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. The company acquired more than 800 domestic and foreign patents in artificial intelligence, big data, and smart hardware, of which nearly 70% are invention patents. The founder and CIO of the company, Jun Yan graduated from Hong Kong University.

The CSO of the company, Bo Zhang is academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In December 2023, AIpark closed Pre-IPO funding from new investor Shenzhen Yuntian Lifei Technology Co. , Ltd. The company mainly operates three business brand AITS, AIPARK, and AIPILOT.

AITS uses Intelligent Road Network (IRN) technology to solve problems such as traffic congestion and travel safety. AIPARK uses Automated Software Engineering (ASE) technology to provide customers with technical services on machine intelligence and unmanned electronic toll collection. AIPILOT is the self-driving unmanned vehicle that uses technologies such as automated control, supercomputing, multi-modal perception, central computing chips, and intelligent road networks. It is used in road network inspection, security management, border patrol, urban governance, logistics and distribution, and other fields.

The company will promote the research and development of intelligent hardware, AI algorithm large models, and big data. It will also introduce of high-end AI technology talents.
