Established in 2013 by Sitanshu Sheth and Shardul Sheth (CEO), and based in Pune, India, ULink AgriTech Private Limited, a. k. a AgroStar operates as an agritech company. AgroStar is a mobile application that provides customized solutions for farmers to improve farm productivity.

In November 2025, AgroStar raised INR 2. 654 billion in venture funding from Just Climate, with participation from Aavishkaar Capital, Accel, Bertelsmann India Investments, Chiratae Ventures, Evolvence India, Hero Enterprise Investment Office, and British International Investment. The company offers real-time agronomy advice and customer services to help farmers manage their crops and farms. The mobile application, a multilingual content-led commerce platform for farmers enables them to browse seeds, crop protection, nutrition, and farm implements.

They can also use the AgroStar app to read and watch agronomy content, post pictures of their crop problems to get advice, interact with fellow farmers, and use voice search to look for agri products and transact on the platform. AgroStar serves over 5 million farmers and has physical presence through touch points and delivery of the product across the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. The company plans to utilize the November 2025 funding to boost its expansion and enhance its agricultural technology platform for farmers.
