Based in Malaga, Spain, and founded in 2012, Aganova operates as a water technology company that specializes in leak detection and condition assessment of water infrastructure. In November 2022, Aganova raised an undisclosed amount of growth funding from new investors Cimbria Capital and Emerald Technology Ventures. The company provides the Nautilus System, which consists of a sphere that is inserted into the water system which is a wireless, in-line, and neutral buoyancy technology used to detect, evaluate, and prevent water leaks in large-diameter networks. Furthermore, the company provides a Nemo System, which is a digital analytic platform that allows for the monitoring of inspection results obtained with the Nautilus system.

The company intends to use the November 2022 funding to expand its business internationally. The company also aims to launch a visual and acoustic technology platform called the Jabega System that will provide detailed information on leakage from the interiors of the pipe.
