About
Based in the US, AERI TEK Global Holdings, designer and distributor of commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment products. In July 2024, Mill Point Capital agreed to acquire Imbera and Torrey from FEMSA Comercio, S. A. de C.
V. for MXN 8 billion. Following the transaction, Imbera and Torrey will be combined under AeriTek Global LLC. The transaction was completed in November 2024.
AeriTek offers a broad portfolio of foodservice processing products, as well as an expansive suite of aftermarket services. In March 2026, Ronin Equity Partners acquired Imbera and Torrey from Mill Point Capital for USD 3. 11 per share. Following the deal, Mill Point Capital remained majority shareholder.
