Based in France, and founded in 2000, Addinsoft operates as a software development company. The company was founded by its CEO, Thierry Fahmy. In October 2022, Lumivero, a portfolio company of TA Associates, acquired Addinsoft. Addinsoft product line includes XLSTAT, which is a data analysis and statistical software used as an add-on tool on Microsoft Excel that consists of various statistical packages and features; XLRISK, which is a Monte Carlo simulation software used for risk analysis; XLOPTIM, which is a no-code AI platform that is used to solve operational problems in Excel worksheets; and ZENPLOT, which is a data visualization software that enables users to create different charts, including histograms, scatterplots, line charts, and bar charts.
