Based in Bangalore, India, and established in 2008 by Dr. G. Sridhar and Mrs. Lalit Sridhar, Ace Creative Learning Pvt Ltd offers Pre-University (PU) and competitive exam coaching and guidance for students, under the brand name, Deeksha.

The company’s pioneer form Academic Center for Excellence or Ace, founded in 1998 by Dr. G. Sridhar, provided guidance for various competitive exams by partnering with schools and open centers. In 2003, the first Deeksha center for learning was established, and in 2008, Ace Creative Learning Pvt Ltd was launched to take Deeksha to several more campuses in various cities.

As of 2021, Deeksha operates 25 campuses across Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. In November 2010, the firm raised INR 50 million in a funding round led by Accel Partners and Catamaran Ventures, and in October 2012, Kaizen Management Advisors led an INR 240 million financing of Ace Creative Learning Pvt Ltd, along with returning investors Accel Partners and Catamaran Ventures. The company offers coaching and guidance to students for engineering and medical entrance examinations including JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, KCET, etc. It provides training for both board and competitive exams within the regular school time, and courses are mainly offered to the Science stream students of grades 11 and 12.

Additionally, the firm offers Focus 360 program, aimed at providing a practical learning experience for commerce students. Its proprietary digital learning platforms such as the mobile app, eDUCATOR, online platform Deeksha Online, and YouTube channel, provides various learning materials for the students, along with homework clarification portals, tests, live analytics, and concept specific videos, thereby ensuring the quality of education provided in both online and offline sessions.
