53% majority stake in ACC Limited from Holcim Ltd. As of September 2022, the company is being led by its MD and CEO, Sridhar Balakrishnan. ACC Limited provides a wide range of building materials and solutions including cement (marketed under the names gold range, and silver range), ready-mix concrete or RMX, construction chemicals such as leakproof solutions, plasters, adhesives, grout, concrete admixtures, and many more for the construction industry. Additionally, through its business division, Green Building Centre (GBC), the firm offers eco-friendly products including cement bricks, roofing solutions, green blocks, tiles, kerb stones, and other pavement construction solutions.
