Abeer Medical Group, a flagship entity, manages medical centers and hospitals, with imminent plans to launch healthcare facilities. Abeer Aviation is the group's aviation support service company. Quartz Studio, the marketing and advertisement venture, boasts a prestigious clientele in the Middle East and India, including well-known names like Qatar Airways and Lulu Hypermarket. Abeer Educity aims to create a comprehensive educational hub in Kerala, India, encompassing medical and non-medical institutions.

This 'KG to PG' initiative includes a multispecialty hospital, an international school, a technical academy, a management excellence center, an Ayurvedic spa, a shopping mall, a luxury hotel, residential villas, and a metro library. The January 2024 acquisition will help Abeer Group's healthcare solutions and its expansion into new locations.
