Based in Beijing, China, and founded in 2019, 4A Biotech operates as an antibody-drug development manufacturer engaged in the R&D, production, sales, and technical service of biological reagents. It has established sales channels in North America and Europe. In June 2017, it acquired Dongfang Huahui Biopharmaceutical. The chairman of the board and CEO, Min Luo graduated from Fudan University.

The company's main business includes three main sections: experimental reagents, technical services, and in vitro diagnostic reagents in the field of biopharmaceuticals. The products and technologies cover the preparation, purification, and labeling of mono/polyclonal antibodies, kit development and application, cytokines and flow antibodies, etc. It also provides immunological tests, peptide chip services, and other experimental services.
