Keeping women off the ‘Mommy Track’ by offering parental benefits and flexibility is beneficial for the industry

By offering workplace flexibility and parental benefits, firms can keep working mothers off the ‘Mommy Track’, a career pathway that is ‘slower and less steep’, and ‘placed behind non-mothers on the employment ladder’.
