Finnish State Pension Fund plans to invest in three to four private real estate funds in the next 12 months, investing between EUR 50 million and EUR 100 million. It is expected to invest in one Asian focused fund of funds vehicle, a core UK fund and a core pan-European fund. It does not have plans to invest in the US. The pension fund also recently committed to ICECAPITAL Housing Fund II, a private equity real estate vehicle focusing on value added property in Finland.
