Private Equity Real Estate Investor Evangelical Lutheran Church of America Pension Board to Target US Debt Funds

Evangelical Lutheran Church of America Pension Board is to continue investing in the real estate asset class over the next 12 months. It is looking to commit up to USD 30 million across two to three funds. It is highly likely to target debt vehicles. It will focus on US markets, but may possibly include funds that target global markets. It may include a secondary fund of funds in its investment focus. The private equity real estate investor has traditionally committed to value added and opportunistic funds.
