It has raised nearly USD 2.2 billion in private equity funds over the last decade and is currently sitting on an estimated USD 980 million in dry powder.

In addition to investing in management buyout transactions, it provides expansion capital financing to well-established, fast-growing companies or acquire shares from minority shareholders.
