About

Nomura Real Estate Asset Management (NREAM) is a real estate fund of funds manager based in Japan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nomura Real Estate Group. NREAM manages real estate fund of funds vehicles and provides discretionary investment services to domestic and overseas institutional clients. The firm also manages private and listed property funds, as well as REITs. The Japanese institution seeks exposure to Asia, Europe, and the US. In 2015, NREAM merged three of its listed REITs into one entity - Nomura Real Estate Master Fund. On 26 May 2016, the REIT then merged with Top REIT. NREAM focuses on acquisition of properties including residential, retail, commercial and medical/healthcare assets. NREAM also makes indirect investments overseas through its fund of funds vehicle, mainly in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
