Vintage Realty Company (“Vintage”) is a 180-person full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana, with a regional presence in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, and Mississippi. Vintage’s team handles all originations, securing, and structuring of all equity and debt, construction management, and asset management; it also has full-scale real estate brokerage and property management divisions. Vintage utilizes an integrated approach that provides the opportunity to maximize value for clients throughout the asset life cycle. Vintage has served as the developer for 2,539 of the 2,947 units under management, with an additional 892 units currently under development. Upon delivery of these new units, the Vintage portfolio will represent an investment value of over USD 400 million. Vintage Realty Company is engaged in a 50/50 joint venture with The American South Real Estate Fund.
