Established in 2018, TenCore Partners is a New York-based investment manager managed by Girish Bhakoo. The firm focuses on long-term investments in what it defines as "ultra-marathoner companies". The firm benchmarked a company's ultra-marathoner qualities (timelessness, dominance, financial fluidity, and cultural dynamism) via customer-led primary research that seeks to understand each company's anti-fragile disciplines for creating ecosystems for customer value growth. The field research is designed to measure the level, improvement pace, and reasons for a company’s compounding of its customer propositions. As a result, Tencore is agnostic to geography, industry, and other conventional forms of stylistic bucketing.
