TD Asset Management (TDAM) provides asset management services to individuals and high net worth individuals. The firm also works with governments, group RRSPs, pension funds, corporations, charitable organizations, small and medium-sized businesses, institutions, endowments, and foundations. TDAM offers a diverse range of investment solutions including mutual funds, separate client-focused managed portfolios, and corporate class funds. TDAM's private debt portfolio is a diversified mix of including secured and un-secured corporate issues, infrastructure, power, hospitals, utilities, municipalities and schools, credit tenant leases, mortgage bonds, and asset-backed loans as well as publicly issued public-private partnerships (“P3 debt”). The firm also has exposure to publicly issued investment grade corporate and government debt in order to facilitate liquidity. On November 1, 2019, TD Greystone Asset Management legally amalgamated into one entity under TDAM.
