South Street Capital Management (SSCM) is an asset manager specializing in Agency Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities. The primary management responsibility is a private REIT focused on Agency Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and publicly traded residential REIT securities. SSCM was formed as a strategic partnership of two experienced management teams, AC Advisors and South Street Securities. Members of the SSCM management team founded and operated a publicly-traded REIT (Hatteras Financial Corp) that was sold in 2016 and currently manages a private investment vehicle with a 20-year track record.
