SKY's investment strategy is geared to generate long term capital gains, primarily through investments in Israeli or Israel-related public and private companies offering multiple potential exit alternatives. The firm seeks investment opportunities in mid-market and mature companies, where it believes the addition of capital and hands-on approach to support management on both the operational and the financial level can be translated into meaningful growth in capacity, efficiency, international expansion or growth through mergers and acquisitions.
