SEB Venture Capital is the venture capital arm of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. The firm's main investment areas are emerging companies within technology and life sciences with origins in the Nordic region, the Baltics, and the UK. SEB AM also manages real estate focusing on investing in residential multi-family developments in Sweden. Furthermore, SEB offers a Forest Fund, Silvestica, which invests in timberland in Sweden, Finland and the Baltics.
