Prisma Capital Partners

Prisma was created in 2004 by three former Goldman Sachs partners, Girish Reddy, Thomas Healey and Gavyn Davies. By absorbing a portion of the assets of AEGON USA Investment Management that same year, Prisma acquired a performance track record dating back to 1997. Prisma's objective is to provide institutional-quality asset management of alternative portfolios. With its institutional roots, Prisma is positioned to deliver alternative investment solutions tailored to client-specific needs. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, a global investment firm, announced its bid to acquire Prisma Capital Partners in June 2012 with the deal finalized in October 2012. In February 2017, KKR Prisma and PAAMCO announced an agreement to merge their fund of hedge funds operations, with the merger completed in Q2 2017. The combined firms operate under a new entity, PAAMCO Prisma. PAAMCO and KKR Prisma's core investment and client teams will remain unchanged. The Prisma and PAAMCO brands and funds will continue to exist side-by-side in their current separate form. The combined enterprise will aim to provide all of the features their clients have invested in historically but with the additional benefits of operational scale and access to an even broader suite of investment solutions.
