Established in 2006, Princeton Capital Management is a New Jersey-based hedge fund manager. The firm was formerly named Hudson Canyon Investment Counselors (Hudson Canyon) which was founded in June 2001. On September 16, 2017, Hudson Canyon acquired the assets of Princeton Capital Inc., founded in 1988, and changed its name from Hudson Canyon Investment Counselors to Princeton Capital Management.
