Pricoa Capital Group is the private equity arm of PGIM, Inc., the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. Along with its North American partner Prudential Capital Group, the firm provides capital for debt refinancing, growth, acquisition financing, stock repurchases, recapitalizations, and buyouts which focuses on the North American market. Pricoa Capital Group has significant backing from The Prudential Insurance Company of America, and its investors include pre-eminent international institutions.
