PAG is a Cayman Islands based private equity firm and infrastructure firm, it leverages a multi-strategy platform to provide investors with a wide array of funds and products. PAG is structured into three main businesses Its investment solutions include direct lending, distressed debt, mezzanine financing real estate debt and special situations across developed economies in Asia-Pacific, and bank risk-sharing/SRT solutions globally. PAG Real Assets grew out of Secured Capital Japan, a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed real estate firm founded in 1997. PAG Real Assets has invested more than USD40 billion in developed Asia-Pacific markets since its inception, and harnesses proprietary resources such as in-house asset management capabilities, deep local knowledge, and a strong sourcing network to find and develop opportunistic, value-add, core-plus and debt investment strategies. The firm undertakes the acquisition, development, redevelopment and active management of properties including residential, hotel, retail and office properties. PAG Real Assets also focuses on investments in digital infrastructure and renewable energy sectors ranging from physical assets to corporate investments and acquisitions, that focuses on the China, Asia-Pacific region.
