Established in 2015, Forthright Capital Management is a Hong Kong-based hedge fund management firm founded by Tony Hsu and Yuya Shimizu - two former colleagues at Dalton Investments. The duo, launched its fund in March 2015 to bet on shares of entrepreneur-led Asian firms and against state-run companies. It is joined by another former Dalton colleague, Ben Ting as a senior analyst at the firm and as well as former Deutsche Bank prime brokerage executive, Andrew Sit who serves as the firm's COO. The firm was previously known as OTS Capital Management.
